We test the signal against known inputs, physical limits, and competing explanations before it can support a decision.
Use
Deliver an answer operators can act on.
The system turns validated measurements into a bounded operating input, or withholds one when the evidence is insufficient.
Operating standard
Evidence beforeaction.
The system must explain the measurement, outperform competing explanations, and stay within the available evidence. Confidence alone is not enough.
If the evidence is insufficient, the system does not recommend an action.
